500 Internal Server Error of API Management Services (TLS Issues?)

I got 500 Internal Server when testing my API with Azure API Management

When I check the log, it say "Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream."

I am not sure whether this is because my configuration of protocol and cipher of API Management Services is wrong and doesn't match with my backend (Azure App Services)

There's no TLS1.3 for me to choose here

May someone advise what is the root causes for this error and how can I fix it?

Hi - I assume your backend here is App Service for which you've set TLS1.3 with no downgrade

APIM should now support TLS 1.3 for inbound and (when set) outbound - as a preview feature REF https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/azure-integration-services-blog/announcing-the-availability-of-tls-1-3-in-azure-api-management/ba-p/4047586

However, I cant see it on my demo resources - I'm checking to see if the roll out is complete or if there are any further instructions.

It works when I select TLS 1.1 here in the App Services Configuration (even TLS 1.2 doesn't work)

But I want to keep it as TLS 1.3 to secure my application, any workaround or ways to configure my API Management Services?
