I recently passe DP-203 exam but it isn't showing up on my microsoft learn profile

I wrote my DP-203 exam last Friday and passed but my exam isn't showing up on my Microsoft learn profile. I have signed out and back in, confirmed that i used the right email and it isn't showing anything.
