MacOS+RemoteDestop (win365) constant failure

I'm working in Mac OS environment (Sonoma 14.4.1) and using Remote Desktop to connect to customer's Win365 machine. However, ,multiple times per day by working with Win365 (in Remote desktop) my screen got freeze and Mac OS crashes with UI. As a result it takes several minutes for MacOS to restart UI and all MacOS applications start from the scratch. Diagnostic report from a moment of crush:
