Dear Admin,

My requirement is to display a powerpoint slide in my website and i am able to display it using the following url

http://view.officeapps.live.com/op/view.aspx?src=[OFFICE_FILE_URL]

http://view.officeapps.live.com/op/embedaspx?src=[OFFICE_FILE_URL]

please note instead of 'http://view.officeapps.live.com' this addres i am using my office hosted address and both links are displaying ppt file. My issue is that the the ppt file I am using has some sound embedded and i need to play those sound when user clicking on the buttons in the slide. The sounds are playing when the file run from the pc but when its displayed in browser using the above links its not playing . Please help me on this.

Hi,

Does this issue occur with all presentations?

Have you tried to change the browser?

Besides, is the audio in other application files played correctly?

Hi,

yes, audio is not working for all presentations in the online viewer, if we download that presentation and played through Power point application the sound's are playing. I have tried with edge and chrome ,for both browser's sounds are not playing.
