Onedrive file is showing red cross

Hello
Please help receiving this Redcross on the excel file in OneDrive again and again
Please tell how to resolve

Looks like it is having an issue syncing your local copy with the cloud. This can happen intermittently or if you have the cloud version being changed AND the local copy being changed as well. In this case OneDrive isn't sure which version is the correct version so it won't sync.

When you mouse over the error what exact message does it give.
