Tenant and Subscription migration

Afternoon to all,

I'm hoping I can some advise and read points on the following. I'll try and be concise and include all relevant details, but if you have questions about each environment, then let me know.

We are a smallish company about 50 employees, we have a hybrid environment for AD and fully cloud for email.

We have a Pay-as-you-go subscription for Azure, no VMs or resource groups, no infrastructure or storage. We only really use sharepoint, Entra-ID and InTune.

Our parent company has bought two other smaller companies, about 10 employees each, we'll call them Company A & Company B.

Company A has a monthly subscription and a Gold Microsoft partnership, VMs, resource groups, storage and infrastructure all in the Azure cloud.

Company B has a hybrid environment as well and also a monthly subscription, their users and email are on-prem but they also have servers and storage in the Azure cloud.

We need to migrate everyone into a single tenant and subscription, I've been reading around the subject and sometimes I get conflicting information or I just don't understand what is being said (frequent in the microsoft docs).

What are my best options to get this done?
