Hi @Muhammad Zubair ,
I understand that you created Custom Profiles within Salesforce, and the new custom profiles aren't being updated within Entra ID.
To scope this issue down further I would recommend checking the provisioning logs to see if there are any specific errors. Within the provisioning logs you should get more hints as to why the profiles aren't showing up.
One common issue is duplicate roles that cause the custom profiles to conflict with the old profiles. If this is the case for you, I would recommend trying these steps:
- Pause provisioning
- Remove duplicate roles from the manifest (this can be either from your App's Manifest or App roles blade)
- Restart the Synchronization Job 3a. Within Entra ID, navigate to your Salesforce Enterprise App, Copy the ObjectID 3b. Using Graph Explorer 3c. List the synchronization jobs to get the Provisioning ID -
GET https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/servicePrincipals/{id}/synchronization/jobs/
3c. Restart the synchronization job -POST /servicePrincipals/{id}/synchronization/jobs/{jobId}/restart
- Ensure provisioning is enabled.
If you still face this issue, I would recommend sharing the provisioning logs and creating a support case to troubleshoot this more in-depth.
