Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories

Thans for posting on QandA platform,
- Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to the chat thread between you and your coworker.
- Click on the Chat to open the conversation.
- Click on the "Add people" icon at the top right corner of the chat window. It looks like a person with a plus sign or you might see an ellipsis (
...) next to the chat header. - Select "Add people" from the dropdown menu that appears.
- Search for the third coworker’s name in the search bar that appears. Once you find their name, select it.
- Choose the option to include chat history: When adding the new person, Teams will prompt you with options on how much chat history to include. You can choose to include:
- All chat history
- The last number of days of chat history
- No chat history
- Click "Add" to complete the process.
