Get Alerted on New Domain Being Added to Allowed Domain on Microsoft Teams Admin Center

Hey guys! Is there any way to get alerted on whenever a new domain gets added to Allowed Domain list on Microsoft Teams Admin Center? Or is there any way to get alerted on whenever a user accepts/ or blocks a message from an External User?

    However, according to official file, we regret to inform you that the functionality you require is not currently supported in Teams monitoring and alerting.

    To get this feature more quickly, you can send feedback directly to Microsoft Feedback to add it in future updates. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
