Hi AdrianeS,
Hope you're doing well.
- Check Hyper-V Services
Open "Services" and check if the following services are running:
(1) Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management
(2) Hyper-V Host Compute Service
(3) Hyper-V Guest Service Interface
- Open "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security" and create inbound and outbound rules for "vmconnect.exe".
- Ensure your user account has the necessary permissions to manage Hyper-V.
- Go to "Hyper-V Settings" and ensure Enhanced Session Mode is enabled for both the server and user.
- In addition, maybe you can try restalling the Hyper-V role to resolve this issue.
Best Regards,
Ian Xue
