Unable to Apply Win 11 22h2 to Win 10 21h2 using SCCM Task Sequence

I have an issue where attempts to apply Win11 22H2 and 22H3 to Win10 21H2 systems in our environment are randomly failing through MECM/SCCM with various errors, namely 80004005, requiring retries of updates. Download will randomly fail at around 45% for no discernable reason. There is a somewhat repeating pattern here There are some systems that are refusing to be updated despite being Win10 21H2.

Also in the smsts.log file I am seeing

Download() failed. 80072f0c. InstallSoftware 5/16/2024 10:09:52 AM 7952 (0x1F10)

multiple entries the same, any insight or direction would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you using non MS AV or encryption solutions? Maybe check the panther setup and compat xmls.
