Hi I am trying to creadte a spreadsheet to monitor document reviews and to highlight when a document review is overdue. However documents are reviewed at different dates and I don't have the review dates for each document as yet as this will vary across the organisation.
I am looking for a formula that will link the 2 columns in diagram below, ie next scheduled review date and Revision status.
