I can't use my access code for my Microsoft certifications, is there another way I can get my certifications to my profile?

I got my MOS Associate certification through the mail a few days ago which prompted me to find my temporary access code through my email but the access code doesn't work. I don't have any other certification accounts besides the one on Credly which has all my badges for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Associate. Is there another way that I can get my certifications here? Thank you!
