Hi, We have enabled Windows Autopatch and found that co managed devices are not reflecting in device list. All devices are showing as not registered. The error is Prerequisites failed. According to the detail of the error the Windows update workload should be shifted to Pilot Intune or Intune.

We have already shifted the workload to Pilot Intune when we were testing windows update deployment through Update Ring. We have successfully tested that through update ring we can patch both co managed and Autopilot devices.

We are still facing the same issue. Our co managed devices are Hybrid Azure AD Joined.

Note: We have logged a ticket with Autopatch team and they said the issue is from Intune or Configuration manager side.

We logged a ticket with Intune and they said it is some thing from SCCM end.

I have attached some screenshots for reference1.jpg 2.jpg 3.jpg

Can any one please suggest.

    Hi,

1,Please go to the Staging tab and check if the Pilot collection for windows update policy is changed accidently.

How to switch Configuration Manager workloads to Intune

2,Please check the CoManagementHandler.log and WUAHandler.log to verify that windows update workload is working correctly. For your reference:

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
