    Hello,

When you encounter the 60-minute issue in RDS, it typically means either the proper CAL isn't installed or the license isn't configured correctly. To eliminate the error message, we need to investigate and address the underlying licensing problem.

Here's a full guide for troubleshooting RD Licensing issues: Cannot connect to RDS because no RD Licensing servers are available - Windows Server | Microsoft Learn

    This includes:

    • Ensure RD Licensing role is installed and activated.
    • Confirm availability of client access licenses (CALs).
    • Configure licensing modes correctly.
    • Address issues with X509 Certificate registry keys.
    • Use RD Licensing Diagnoser tool.
    • Check compatibility of RDS CALs, RD Session Hosts, and RD License Servers.
    • Check connectivity between RDSH, RDLS and DC.
