Microsoft Certification Credential Missing From Profile

I passed the Az-900- certification exam on Mar-18-2024 and the credential is not appearing on my Microsoft Learn profile despite having received a congratulations email stating that I have earned the certification

Microsoft certification ID: 996342277

MCID: 989954723

In the past, the credentials appear on my profile almost immediately after passing an exam. Could a moderator please review this for me
