Why my Python Azure function can't run DevOps pipelines with its MI? With my PAT it works fine

Dear colleagues!

I want to run a certain DevOps pipeline from my Python Function App. This whole thing works fine already, the only issue is that I'm running that under my PAT. I want to industrialize the solution and switch it to a Managed Identity. My FA has one switched ON. A corresponding user was added to DevOps with quite high permissions (will be reduced after the problem localization and resolution). Both IDENTITY_ENDPOINT and IDENTITY_HEADER are set. I'm using this code to get the token:
