guides on sharepoint look bad on mobile

Hello,

I am making simple step-by-step guides for students and staff at an educational facility.

I make the guides, but when I open them on my mobile the guides look awful and out of order.

I can rearrange them so they display well on mobile, but then it all looks crammed to one side on desktop.

I'm sure there's a way I can make them both look they way I want on both mobile and desktop, but I am quite new to SharePoint so I lack the knowledge, and I can't find anything other than "get them to switch to desktop view" on their mobile.

Many thanks in advance.

    Hi @Paul Grant ,

Welcome to the Q&A forum! Please don't worry, let's see how to solve the problem.

There are many reasons for this situation:

    1. SharePoint application problem. Please try to log in to SharePoint with a mobile browser to see if this situation still occurs. Or uninstall and reinstall the application.
    2. Mobile system version problem. This situation may also occur because the mobile system version is incompatible with the application.

Currently, the Q&A forum has limited support for SharePoint mobile applications because it cannot be tested. If the problem persists, it is recommended that you follow the forum entrance for the corresponding mobile operating system provided in the following article to seek more professional help.

    Get the SharePoint mobile app

Thank you for your support and understanding.
