Role Based Certification has expired AZ 104 , crossed the renewal date . unable to schedule it

Role Based Certification has expired AZ 104 , crossed the renewal date . Now trying to write the Exam but unable to Schedule it getting error.

Please note I have also completed my AZ 305 examination while my AZ 104 was in expired state could that be an issue why i am unable to schedule it getting below error Kindly adviseUser's image
