While installing Sharepoint Onpremises on my Application server I am facing a configuration failed message at last step

Hi Team,

I am facing an SharePoint on-premises installation issue.
Firstly, we are installing it on our application server by running the setup file provided in website by Microsoft. so, while installing when we fill out all the details which required during installation (i.e. Database server name, user login and password, passphrase, proceeding with database port number and farm selection)
but once proceeding all this we face issue during installing configuration i.e 3 of 10 stages get loads but After that an error pop up message shows as an "Configuration Failed" , Although the database get created in Database server but the configuration gets failed in all cases.

Please give the suitable solution and find the attached screenshot for error reference.

    1.Ensure that you’ve met all hardware and software requirements for SharePoint Server 2016 or 2019 on your application server

    2.Check the ULS log located at (for SharePoint 2016) or the corresponding path for SharePoint 2019.C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\16\LOGS
