I have installed my webiste in local server and its connect to via LAN in 3 computer it work fine without internet and it was very speed as well
Suddenly today its loading very slow whats the cause

There's an unlimited number of reasons why the web site is slow. Troubleshoot to figure out where the bottleneck is located. Use the browser's dev tools and the Visual Studio debugger. You can also take a look at the performance monitor on the machine that hosts the web application.

If the first visit is long and then returns to normal, then check out IIS IDLE Timeout.

For example i have 10 aspx page in that only 2 page in start it self its loading and coming the page after 1-2 miutes what will be the issues how to find out any easy steps to encounter this problem i have check and found this
For the second time there are unlimited reasons for poor performance. Troubleshoot to find the bottle neck.
A common issue are code changes. Investigate any recent code changes.
Poor performing query is another place to look. If there are queries on the page then try running the queries in SSMS. How long do the queries take to run? How many records are returned?
