Problems with MS Teams logging in from browser (but works on mobile)

During login to MS Teams a user in our AD gets the following unspecific error:

User's image When we examined the Dev console we saw that error, that might be relevant - "Unrecognized Content-Security-Policy directive 'prefetch-src'" and "AuthZ Token retrieval failed: AADSTS500014: The service principal for resource 'https://api.spaces.skype.com' is disabled. This indicate that a subscription within the tenant has lapsed, or that the administrator for this tenant has disabled the application, preventing tokens from being issued for it. Trace ID: 93fadc00-xxxx Correlation ID: 44c80e7a-xxxx Timestamp: 2024-05-21 08:57:52Z_"_ but we were unable to troubleshoot further. We tried different browsers, PCs and incognito modes.
The interesting part is that the user can login with no troubles on an Android phone.

Have anybody had the same error or can help?

    Hi @Alexander Kyumurkov

    Based on your case description, it is recommended that you sign in to the Microsoft Entra Management Center using one of the following identities: Cloud Application Administrator, Application Administrator, or owner of the service principal.

    Then browse to Identity > Applications > Enterprise applications > All applications.

    Search for Microsoft Teams Web Client > then select Properties.

    Please select Yes for Enabled for users to sign-in? and save.

    We managed to get it working after purchasing a Teams Essential license. Is that mandatory to use the tool?
