How to get my AZ900 Certificate added to the Microsoft Profile created?

I am unable to see my AZ900 (Microsoft Azure fundamentals) Certification passed on Dec 14 2023. I have received the email from Certiport and able to see and download the transcript but unable to do so on Microsoft learn website. I have the Microsoft certification ID as 995855327, please help in getting that updated to my Microsoft profile
