Within Outlook mail, jumping to a date is less convenient than doing the same in Outlook Calendar (CTRL-G)
CTRL-G in Calendar lets user jump to a date, whilst also showing about 1-2 weeks prior and after given date.

AFAIK Outlook Mail has the option to

  1. "View"> 2. "Filter" > 3.Select tab "Advanced" > 4. Select Field 5. Select Frequently used fields 6. scroll down to Received, 7. Select "Condition" 8. select "On" 9.enter date 10.click on "Add to list" 11. click OK, drawback being that only that specific date is displayed

So far not found a better solution.

Maybe there is a macro for this that I am overlooking?

Thanks.
