Hello @Liming Ren Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A platform. Sorry for the delayed response!

To activate your MSDN Azure subscription, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. In the left-hand menu, select All services and then select Subscriptions.
    3. In the subscriptions page, select Add.
    4. In the Add subscription page, select MSDN as the subscription type.
    5. Enter your MSDN subscription credentials, including your MSDN subscription ID and access key.
    6. Review the terms and conditions, and then select Create to create the subscription.

Once you have created your MSDN Azure subscription, you can start using Azure services and resources. Please note that MSDN Azure subscriptions have usage limits and restrictions, so it's important to review the terms and conditions and plan your usage accordingly. You can also monitor your usage and costs in the Azure portal to ensure that you stay within your subscription limits.

Hope this helps. Please reply if you have any further questions!
