Error while opening shared mailbox via OWA

Dear Community,

our users are getting this error message, while trying to open a specific shared mailbox via OWA > open another mailbox...

Error Message:

I already checked the permissions. All users have full access permissions for this shared mailbox. All users are licensed via Office 365 E3 License and OWA is enabled.

I even tested two Browsers (Chrome and Edge) on different computers with different users > error message shows up on every computer. I even cleared cache and everything but nothing changed.

    Hi Hülya,

    I suggest you run the following cmdlet Get-CASMailbox MailboxName | fl Name,OWAEnabled in Exchange Powershell to check if OWA is enabled for the shared mailbox.

    Also try to access the shared mailbox in Outlook Web by Adding Shared Folder to see if it works.

    Hi @SokiGuo-MSFT ,

    sorry for my late response I wasn't around that's why I didn't see your response. The issue is known and happening since 16.05.2024. The error code is the same for all users. One of the users told me he only has issues with this one shared mailbox. With another shared mailbox there are no problems.
