How to export the report from SPO of the folders and data which is heavily used in the SPO site so we can plan the migration via Sharegate tool?

You can go to Site contents >> Site usage >> Click the Download icon.
Then you can view the popular content in the report like below:

I have checked those above mentioned steps but upon download the report I found that it does not show the complete sites and folders URL's and paths of those highly used content in this report and I am looking for that report where it will show the each folders and Files URL's and paths so we can collect those for our migration planning and plan it accordingly to SPO.
Can you check and provide more insights and details how I can get such report via SPO or any other way for the same?
@Mytoast Admin,I'm afraid currently it is the only OOTB way to sort site contents by popularity. Maybe some 3rd party tools can help you in this scenario.
