Migrate Consumption Tier APIM to Basic Tier

We've received warning that mstv1 APIM will no longer work after June 1 and we need to migrate to Basic v2. None the migration options (Migration blade or backup and restore) are supported. I saw in answer to similiar question that the product team can accomplish the migration from their end. How do I go about engaging the product team?

    As per the official retirement announcement, the API Management stv1 compute platform version will be retired effective 31 August 2024. Please refer the article - stv1 platform retirement (August 2024) for more information on this.

    I request you to look into the article Migrate an API Management instance hosted on the stv1 platform to stv2 that will guide you with the migration options and help you with the process.
