My <app>.dll.config.deploy file is missing in my Application files after publishing with ClickOnce

My windows form app is not running on other computers. I keep receiving the error that the <myappname>.dll.config.deploy is missing (a sentence like that).
What should I do to fix that ? I'm stuck for days now.

2024-05-23T09:56:52.6766667+00:00 It's Visual Studio 2022 Version 17.10.0. I can find the other .deploy files but not the <myappname>.dll.config.deploy file. The error I'm getting is just on other computers. On mine the app works fine

.dll.config.deployin the publish folder. I tested the deployment on another computer but I couldn't reproduce your issue. Can you provide your Clickonce publishing options? Are the required runtime components installed? -

2024-05-24T10:44:29.97+00:00 I was using .NET Framework. Here are Clickonce publishing options :
- i left unchecked the "sign the assembly"
- i've selected self-contained app targetting x64 and i've checked also the single-file box
Now I did all over my project again with .NET but I'm not seeing Publish when I right-click on my project after uninstalling and reinstalling ClickOnce.
