Minecraft Refund Issue

Question

I received a message on Minecraft informing me that I had received a refund and could no longer access the game. However, I did not request a refund. I have contacted both Minecraft and Microsoft, but they have not been of much help. What can I do to resolve this issue and regain access to my game? Please help!
