Not received my AZ-900 certificate yet

Hi, I cleared AZ-900 on 6th May. Today is 21th May but still I haven't got my certificate. Can anyone please look into this?

Ideally we should be getting it within 2-3 days. AWS is very professional as compared to MS. PLS IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
