Reclaim $200 free account credit

Hello, I created a new account on my work computer. After I signed up, it asked that I choose my work email at the sign up for which, being a new user learning Azure, I did. However, then, instead of showing my new account, it showed my work account and I am unable to see my newly-created account anywhere. After talking to a colleague, I set up a new account on my personal computer using similar credentials. However, now I get "You're not eligible for an Azure free account". Is there way to transfer the account I created on my work computer to my personal computer and claim the $200 credit for free account? Thanks in advance!
