Reclaim $200 free account credit

Hello, I created a new account on my work computer. After I signed up, it asked that I choose my work email at the sign up for which, being a new user learning Azure, I did. However, then, instead of showing my new account, it showed my work account and I am unable to see my newly-created account anywhere. After talking to a colleague, I set up a new account on my personal computer using similar credentials. However, now I get "You're not eligible for an Azure free account". Is there way to transfer the account I created on my work computer to my personal computer and claim the $200 credit for free account? Thanks in advance!

I understand that you signed up for Azure free trial account and have not received $200 credit yet.

If you have recently subscribed to an Azure account and have not received the $200 credit yet, there are a few things you can check:

Make sure that you have completed the sign-up process and verified your account. You should have received an email from Microsoft asking you to verify your email address. Follow the instructions in that email to complete the verification process.

Check the status of your subscription. Sometimes, it can take a few hours for the subscription to be fully activated and for the credit to be applied. You can check the status of your subscription by signing in to the Azure portal and going to the Subscriptions page.

Check the terms and conditions of the offer. The $200 credit offer is only available to new Azure customers who have never had an Azure free trial or subscription in the past. If you have previously used Azure, you may not be eligible for the offer.

If you have completed the sign-up process, verified your account, and your subscription is active, but you still have not received the $200 credit, you can contact Azure billing and subscription management support for assistance.
