How do I 'The connection was reset'.

I am trying to open files in my sharepoint drive and the response I get is the connection is reset, what does that mean? and how do I fix it?

3. Check your internet connection and make sure you are connected to the internet.
4. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
5. Restart your computer and try again.
6. Do your colleagues have the same issue?
7. Check if any firewall or proxy settings are blocking the connection.Temporarily disable any third-party firewalls or security software.
