    Hi @Fiona Todd ,

"The connection was reset" error message usually indicates a network connectivity issue between your computer and the SharePoint server. This can be caused by various reasons such as network issues, server issues, or client computer issues. To fix this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. May I know whether you are using SharePoint Online or SharePoint sever?
    2. Please provide a screenshot of the error message and the steps on how you can open a file in your Sharepoint drive
    3. Check your internet connection and make sure you are connected to the internet.
    4. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    5. Restart your computer and try again.
    6. Do your colleagues have the same issue?
    7. Check if any firewall or proxy settings are blocking the connection.Temporarily disable any third-party firewalls or security software.
