@Barbara Chen Thanks for getting back. As mentioned in the screenshot the refund process requires a Support Ticket to be created with Microsoft. Please follow the below steps:
Sign into the Azure portal.
- Search for "Help + support" in the search bar.
- Select "Help + support" from the search results.
- Click on Create a Support request
Then type refund as shown below:
Select the concerned Subscription as shown below:
Click on Contact Support and click on Create a support request:
Fill the below details:
Add the below details to describe your problem.
Information needed to process the refund request quickly:
- Refund amount
- Reason for the refund
- New Refund request or checking the status of an existing refund request
Go to Review + Create and then click on Submit. This will create a support request which will be used to refund the unexpected charges.
You can request a refund by submitting a request to Azure support and once your request is approved, you will be provided with the requested refund amount.
