Course for developer beginers from scratch

Question

Hello. I am interested in finding a course that explains how to create your own module based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, but completely from scratch. Without using existing modules (as they are fundamentally not suitable for me).

And if this is possible, how much would it ultimately cost me if my company employs 50 people?

Or is this fundamentally impossible, and the only thing this framework can do is extend existing modules?
