    Hello Casey Clifton,

    Although I am not an internal Microsoft employee, unfortunately, there is currently no official information regarding Embedding Models. I suggest checking this document to understand the model availability in various regions.

    As Charlie mentioned, Model availability varies by region.

    Currently, there is no exact ETA which can be shared.

    These models are only available in the following regions. Availability depends on the region specific limits. New regions will be added as per the expansion of the services.

    I would suggest you, keep an eye on the What's new in Azure OpenAI Service page for lates updates.

    Once these models are available in other regions, model availability and What's new pages will be updated accordingly.
