APIM self hosted gateway still using test.apim.net

I have successfully deployed a APIM self hosted gateway. This is working ok but we now want to a valid certificate for our internal domain.
I've followed the instructions to configure a hostname and upload a cert, but the self hosted gateway is still showing test.api.net as the ssl cert. How to I fix this?
