Thanks for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Once you login to the Power BI service, you can find the "Create" option on the left side. Under "Create," you will see multiple data sources like Excel and CSV. If you want to connect to any cloud data sources, please scroll down on the same page.

Once you select the data source, you can start building the report.

Note: Every month, Microsoft updates preview features in both Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
