Query regarding Authentication level policy for "MSCluster" namespace

Question

I am trying to collect the Windows Cluster Shared Volume information from our application for few Windows target hosts, but I noticed noticed the following error when application is trying to collect the Cluster information using "MSCluster" namespace.

Error: "Exception while accessing Cluster info Access denied"

I checked over google and came across following link where multiple ways are described for Authentication policy.

Can anyone please let me know which Authentication level can I use "MSCluster" namespace to collect the CSVFS data from target Windows hosts.
