Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

This issue can be caused by a number of different reasons, such as incorrectly configured message forwarding or incorrectly configured Outlook rules.

To resolve this issue and prevent duplicate items from appearing in Outlook, you need to find the specific cause of duplicate items in your Outlook account. Please refer to the following link:

    Hi @Ieva Putrimiene ,

    Welcome to our forum!

What do you mean about "text of Outlook message is duplicated"?

Is that the original message is included below the new message when you reply to or forward an email message?

If so, we have the option to exclude the original message, include the original message as an attachment, or change the appearance of the original message by using indention or indention prefixed with a vertical line. It's suggested that you could change the option:

    User's image

More information: Change how the original message appears in replies and forwards.

Hope to help you! If the above is not your case, please provide more information about your case for our better research.
