Impossible de passer une certification avec Pearson Vue

Good morning

When logging in to pass a certification with personview, I successfully passed the first steps (microphone, sound, network...) but when I got to the last step, I got the message "it seems that you are on a virtual machine...." and I couldn't go any further. What to do to be able to retake my certification (without paying again)
