Good morning

When logging in to pass a certification with personview, I successfully passed the first steps (microphone, sound, network...) but when I got to the last step, I got the message "it seems that you are on a virtual machine...." and I couldn't go any further. What to do to be able to retake my certification (without paying again)

Thanks a lot !

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

For the issue you have encountered, receiving a message saying "you seem to be on a virtual machine" may be due to the authentication system detecting that the environment you are using is similar to a virtual machine, which prevents authentication from continuing. Here are some suggestions to solve this problem:

Try shutting down any virtual machine software or emulators during authentication to ensure that your system environment looks more like a real physical device than a virtual machine.

Sometimes browser caching may cause authentication systems to incorrectly detect virtual machine environments. Try clearing the browser cache and retry the authentication process.

If possible, you can also try to authenticate on different devices to ensure that the environment is not mistakenly recognized as a virtual machine.

I hope these suggestions are helpful to you and wish you success in re obtaining certification!

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
