    Hi @Balaji Uppin ,

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

According to your description, I have understood there are some concerns about if Autodiscover should be pointed to autodisvoer.outlook.com in your hybrid environment.

However, I want to share the following with you.

Autodiscover should be pointed to Exchange Online instead of on-prem when all mailboxes have been migrated to Exchange Online.

Please replace all your Autodiscover DNS records with CNAMEs pointing at autodiscover.outlook.com and clear out the internal record by the command below in this case.

    Get-ClientAccessService | Set-ClientAccessService -AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri $Null

If not, you still have any mailboxes in on-prem, then you need to set the Autodiscover records ( Both externally and internally) back to your on-premises Exchange Server.

Hope it helps, if there's anything else missed or you need help, please feel free to let me know.
