Onedrive on my 2012R2 server keeps signing in, never stops nor completes the sign-in

I noticed that Onedrive on my 2012R2 server stopped syncing the files. I restarted Onedrive and the the signin never ended. Upgraded 2012R2 as well as Onedrive on 2012 R2. Removed Onedrive from 2012R2, reinstalled it. Same problem, it keeps singing in.

How can resolve this?

    Hello

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

The OneDrive cannot synchronize files properly. You can try to reset OneDrive. You can refer to the following steps:

    1. Press the "Windows logo key + R" shortcut key, paste the following command, and press Enter:

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

(If an error "Windows cannot find XXXX" is prompted, please replace the command with the content below. If no error is prompted, perform step 2 below.)

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

    C:\Program Files (x86) \Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

    1. Launch the Start menu, search for the OneDrive app through the app list, launch it, and log in to your Microsoft account again.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best regards

None of these resetting and updating efforts works.

Perhaps this is MS's tactic of getting rid of old Windows servers, making features and apps incompatible.
