If I install the Microsoft Authenticator app on a 2nd phone, will the accounts be the same as on the 1st phone?

I use the Microsoft Authenticator app for all my MFA-enabled accounts. It is backed up to an Outlook.com address.

I want to know if I install the Microsoft Authenticator app on a 2nd phone with the same Outlook.com address if it will contain the same accounts I added on the 1st phone.

I use Android.
