- Open the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC).
- Create a new GPO or edit an existing one that applies to your target users.
- Navigate to: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > OneDrive
- Enable the policy: "Silently configure OneDrive using Windows 10 or domain credentials"
- (Optional) Configure additional OneDrive settings under the same path, such as default folder location or file filtering.
- Link the GPO to the appropriate Organizational Unit (OU) containing your target users.
- On user workstations, enforce the GPO by running
gpupdate /force
in a command prompt with administrator privileges.
