LAPS GPO's are not found within GPM

I am working to implement LAPS. The domain controller has been updated with the latest rollup.
When I navigate to Computer>admin templates>system> There is no LAPS folder.
I already checked %windir%\PolicyDefinitions\ and the ADMX file (AdmPwd.admx) is not there either as described in (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/msdn-technet-forums/8c7347ce-ca76-4bcf-8391-f2a4cf793bed)
I also manually tried downloading the Specific KB (KB5025229) that this is supposed to be in but it wont allow me to install it
We are running Server 2022
Is there a place I can download the ADMX file?

GPO Editor TemplatesOr else you can extract the file contents of the downloaded MSI file using msiexec utility.
msiexec /a C:\Downloads\LAPS.x64.msi /qb TARGETDIR=C:\Downloads\LAPSThen check in the C:\Downloads\LAPS\PolicyDefinitions folder and copy then over to your SYSVOL location.
