Hello,

I had a Dev 365 account and my license has expired, I need access to the applications I use, but I am unable to delete my current profile on the dashboard and to try to access a new license, below I will leave a screenshot of the dashboard from the Dev center, I followed all the dates and I've waited more than 60 for the profile to be deleted, but it always remains. Can someone help me?User's image

    I understand your situation. If you want to delete your Microsoft 365 Developer account, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Developer Program.
    2. Choose “Delete Profile.”
    3. In the confirmation box, select “Delete.”

    Keep in mind that this action will erase all your profile information, and any data stored in your developer subscription that is not backed up elsewhere will be lost1. If you encounter any issues during this process, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

    Additionally, if you accidentally deleted your Microsoft 365 E5 Developer Subscription, it might take up to 60 days for the subscription plan and data to be completely removed2. So, be patient if you’re waiting for a complete deletion.
