I can't access my certification even after passing MS 102 exam and completing MS 102 learning

I wrote and passed the MS 102 exam on April 18 but I could not get a certificate to show as a proof of my achievement. I also completed the learning for Microsoft 365 Administrator self-paced study but haven't seen the certification posted on my profile.
What can I do to make this certificate reflect on my profile??
