Hello

Is it possible to create vpn connection from local network to Sharepoint online to be able to send HTTP requests from Sharepoint online to on-premises server ?

This sounds interesting, what are you hoping to achieve? My best guess would be to use a power automate flow linked to the sharepoint page which should give you enough flexibility over each side to make it work. As far as I know sharepoint itself doesn't give any control over its backend like that, so you'd need to find a sharepoint compatible plugin. Following this thread so if anyone has a good solution I can implement it too!

Thank you for your answer. Maybe I asked incorrectly. I've already have the Power automate flow which uses Sharepoint Online. I would like to send an file via HTTP request from this flow to the local server. This file should be encrypted and returned back to the flow for the further processing. Of course I can map external port to the local server's port, but it's insecure solution. That's why I would like to have a secured VPN channel between Power Automate and my local network.

@Valentyn Grygoriev Gotcha, that makes sense. I've done a bit of digging as well and it looks like using power automate desktop running on an internal server would mean that any requests that are made can be on the VPN, would this be a good solution for what your working on? I believe all requests made from power automate cloud come from Microsoft's servers and cant be proxied (to my knowledge), although possibly another 3rd party service might provide that option.
