    You can try the following solutions in order:

    1. Is your Edge version the latest version? Please make sure your Edge version is the latest.
    2. You can clear your browser's cache and make sure your Edge's profile synchronization function is turned on.
    3. You can create a new profile to see if the problem of Collections not working still occurs.
    4. You can click Repair Edge in Control Panel Programs and Features.
    5. If possible, you can uninstall Edge and try to reinstall Edge.
    6. Of course, you also can press "Shift+Alt+I" to submit feedback.
